It's a great mix, a great marriage.

This is how Tom Bellacqua describes Uxbridge First Holiday Night's relationship with Alternatives. The volunteer organization, dedicated to maintaining town-wide holiday traditions over the years... However, this year the relationship deepened significantly when Donald Roy, an individual served by Alternatives, became active on the Uxbridge First Night Committee. Donald's involvement, and the lines of communication it opened, has brought about truly reciprocal partnership between the two organizations... Since both groups are invested in the idea of "giving back" to the community, it was logical that Alternatives share its time, talents and resources...

 

The Uxbridge First Holiday Night Committee is more than grateful to be chosen as Organization of Choice by Alternatives. We would like to take this opportunity to send our special thanks to Mr. Dennis Rice and his staff at Alternatives for this great honor. We would also like to send our continued support to this wonderful organization, who's mission is to see the possibilities, the ability instead of the disability. By making a great partnership to generate a culture of community life within the Blackstone Valley!
